Feeder Canal Park: Richardson St, X-C Skiing, hiking. Open dawn to dusk.

Gurney Lane Recreation Area: 118 Gurney Lane, 150+ acre park with 5 trails ranging from 0.3 to 1.2 miles each with varying trails grades. Designated Snowshoeing trails and X-C skiing trails.

Hudson Pointe Preserve: Hudson Pointe Blvd., Hiking, X-C Skiing, snow shoeing. Open dawn to dusk.

Meadowbrook Preserve: Meadowbook Rd., Hiking, X-C Skiing, snow shoeing. Open dawn to dusk.

Ridge/Jenkinsville Park: 133 Jenkinsville Rd., Open field space for snowshoeing or cross country skiing, great for beginners learning these new skills.

Rush Pond Trail: West Mountain Rd. or Farr Lane access points, 2.6-mile pathway through the Rush Pond wetlands.

Gurney Lane Recreation Area: offers both Ice Skating and Sledding during the winter months.  The facilities bath house acts as a warming hut on weekends and during school recesses offering the use of a rest room.

Open: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM weekends and during school recesses. ICE SKATING currently unavailable, no ice! Hopefully by February 2024.
