Community Organizations
The Recreation Commission wishes to publicly thank the Queensbury Union Free School District, Mr. Gannon, School Board members, school officials, and staff for their support and cooperation, as well as the use of district facilities. Because of their assistance, we are able to offer the multitude of innovative recreational programs, meet the needs of the community, and serve a larger segment of the Queensbury population. The collaboration between the school district and the Parks & Recreation Department has positively influenced the access to leisure time activities and the quality of life of Queensbury residents through their participation in our programs.
