Jenkinville Disc Golf Course

The course is playable during daylight hours.

Jenkinsville's Disc Golf course was designed and constructed in the Fall of 2023 by professional disc golfer Jaimen Hume with the assistance from Queensbury Parks & Recration staff and several local volunteers to develop a 9-Hole course. The orginal 9–Hole course began with both Beginner (red, gravel) and Advanced (blue, concrete) tee pads with MVP Black Hole baskets. In the Spring of 2024 the beginner tee pads were upgraded to concrete. Even though the course was playing well for all abilities, as a 9 &18-hole course, it just did not have the feel of a challenging 18-Hole course. So, in the early fall of 2024 expansion started on making a 18-hole course for the advanced blue tees. The new 18-Hole layout was completed in early November. The course now has several playing options from the 27 different tee pad locations. The course encompasses the natural terrain of the wooded areas behind the athletic fields. It consists of a mix of uneven forest floor, grass and more rigorous hills throughout. The course is approximately 1-1/2 mile in length and play should take about 1.5 hours. Trails are fairly short between holes, well marked and easy to follow. The course layout is well suited for families and novice players to play the beginner red tees, and more technical & challenging for experienced players from the advanced blue tees. The course is free to play.
