Rush Pond Trail is a 2.6-mile long pathway through the heart of the Rush Pond wetlands and is the culmination of over ten years of work by Councilman John Trough. This byway is a link between the Gurney Lane Recreation Area, neighborhoods within the Aviation Road corridor, and the Queensbury School campus trail system. There are three hand-constructed bridges along the trail, the largest offering scenic views of the wetlands and stream life. Camping, swimming, and motorized vehicles are prohibited.
