What is Q-Club?

Q Club

If we could pick just one word to describe Q-Club it would be: FUN, ENTERTAINING, EXCITING, FRIENDSHIP, SAFE, QUALITY... okay, we couldn't pick just one!

Q-Club is a certified summer day camp, regulated by the NYS Department of Health. This program offers children ages 5-12 a chance to participate in a variety of passive and active recreational activities to keep them busy all summer long. Q-Club is run by a fabulous staff of directors, counselors, and lifeguards who ensure that your camper is safe both physically and emotionally, and that they find joy in each and every day at camp!

Each member of our staff is certified in First Aid, CPR, and AED, has prior experience in chldcare, and many are activitly pursuing degrees in teaching and cousneling. You can rest assured that when your camper is with us, they are in good hands.

Q-Club FAQ’s

Q-Club FunWhat is a typical day like at Q-Club?

The Q-Club day is organized into 3 separate sessions, with 2 snack/drink breaks in between each session (one at 10:00 am and a second at 11:00 am) Each session starts out with a group announcement of the activities that will be played that session – the kids choose which activity they are interesting in playing. There is always a variety of choices each session. Activities include indoor and outdoor games, arts n’ crafts, nature activites, talent shows, arts festivals, sports competitions and more! Each day of camp is devoted to a different theme, whereby kids dress up, play games, create crafts and participate in special events surrounding that theme. A few examples of past theme days include: Crazy Hair Day, Hawaiian Luau, Pajama Day, Super Hero Day, Tie-Dye Day, Water Day, and Fashion Show Day.

Can you make accomodations for my child?

Q-Club summer camp is committed to serving ALL children of ALL abilities; please contact camp director, Nicole Woodcock, to discuss what accommodations we can make to include your camper.

Can I drop my camper off early?

No; children may be dropped off for daily activities beginning at 9:00 am each morning. Q-Club staff CANNOT provide supervision before 9:00 am.

Are there field trips?
